MXD.exe Downloader Deleted by Anti-Virus

MXD.exe is NOT a virus, or is it in anyway harmful to your computer.

Anti-Virus programs should not detect it as a virus, however, Heuristics Scanners can detect it as suspicious.

Heuristics Scanners, as well as Potentially Unwanted Programs Scanners (PUP Scanners) may flag it as potentially unwanted, because they scan for the program's abilities, & not by Virus Signatures.

Things scanned for include the ability to download, in which case, would class MXD.exe as a "POTENTIAL" trojan downloader, but because it is not, & they don't know what it really is, they simply flag it a as a PUP.
